Alright, since everyone is posting their shit i guess i ought to post mine as well. I never realized how hard drawing little numbers next to everything in microsoft paint can be. but whatever.
My Tools -

1. Not really a tool, but i'd already taken my other pictures when i remembered about them. My kneepads, old and beaten to hell. hopefully getting some new ones soon.
2. Multi-tools. One is an adjustable wrench with a few blades on the handle, the other two are part of a set, one "pocket knife style" the other "leatherman style".
3. Small monocular, i don't usually bring binoculars because of the size/cost, so this does the trick when i need to observe something at a distance.
4. A generic prybar, for when lockpicking and the hammer don't cut it.
5. Black duct tape. i like electrical tape a little better, but this serves the same purpose. great for homemade sheaths, hilt-wrapping, and covering up reflective material on shoes/backpacks.
6. The lockpicks go into the small black case, the small black case goes into the maglite. stealthy, eh?
7. Some of my maglites. The largest has a tri-bulb red LED upgrade i bought at Dick's, the smaller maglite has a regular bulb, and the penlight is a reliable backup.
8. Swiss Army brand pocket knife and clear plastic compass/magnifier/ruler. they have a nice leather case they both fit into, as well. i've taken them camping more times than opping, but probably the most reliable pocket knife i've ever had.
9. Standard hi-range walkie-talkie. Great for when you're working in separate teams.
10. A tiny hacksaw i found out in the woods on a hike. (seriously). occasionally comes in handy, but not part of my usual loadout.
11. Some thin wire - like the hacksaw, it occasionally comes in handy.
12. A smallish hammer, with most of the stainless steel covered in electrical tape. works like a charm to break windows covered in my duct tape.
13. Was once a rear view mirror in a van. i took it because i can hold the knob on the back between two fingers, and use the mirror to look around corners/over ledges without exposing myself. doesn't really see much use.
14. A screwdriver that holds three other screwdrivers. needed some modification to stop them from rattling around, but works great now.
15. Some first-aid kits i made. each one contains six band-aids, some wound-closure strips, a few cotton balls, and a tiny pair of medical scissors.
My knives -

1. A stainless steel piece of shit i bought because it looked cool a while ago. right now it just chills in my bathroom, incase someone breaks in while i'm in the shower. eventually i'll get around to taking the blade out and making something useful out of it.
2. Homemade stiletto-like dagger. Great for stabbing, not much else.
3. The best $10 i've ever spent. Bought back when i was into woodcarving, this thing practically lives in my pocket now. made by "master knives"
4. My fury knife, well, actually it's my girlfriend's, but like i mentioned in the knife thread, she lets me use it. works great for prying and heavier tasks like that.
5. Another homemade dagger, however this one is balanced enough for me to be able to throw it. sticking distance - 8 feet.
6. A duplicate of 5.
7. Pocket knife with a serrated and unserrated blade. cheap and generic.
8. the non-generic version of 7.
9. Flashy twin-bladed folding knife i bought for $12. occasionally used as a backup, but not too much other than that.
10. A set of 12 throwing knives, perfect for those occasions when your house is being broken into by 12 burglars at the same time. sticking distance - 12 feet. (lol)
11. A pair of black throwing knives, the very first ones i bought. still my best. they're hidden in my kitchen at the moment, in case someone breaks in while i'm making waffles.
12. A pair of VERY small partially serrated daggers, they came with a behind-the-back sheath. you can buy them on ebay for under $10. Decent backup knives, and able to be thrown short distances. sticking distance - about 9 feet.
13. My favorite homemade dagger. made from a paint scraper when i was about 14, before i had any other real knives. my first opping "knife", in that respect, too. the blade is thin enough to be able to card some doors.
14. My most - carried opping dagger. it's cheap, easily replaceable, and i can throw it from about 7 feet. more of a fighting knife than anything else, but it saved my ass once a year ago.
15. A folding knife based on the stiletto pattern. I like the way it looks, so i carry it occasionally, just not on ops.
16. A switchblade, made to look like a regular folding knife. Was given to me on my 18th b-day.
17. My pride and joy. razor sharp, made by Linder, a german knife-company. worth just about as much as all of my other knives put together, it lives under my pillow. you know, in case anyone breaks in while i'm asleep.
Gloves -

1. A new idea of mine, yet untested on ops due to the impracticality of using them on most of what i do. Armor grade leather bracers, for anyone who couldn't figure it out. only $25, too. before anyone flames - ever been in a knife fight?
2. A pair of heavy leather gloves with the liner ripped out, used as a shell over my fingerless ones when needed.
3. My favorites - craftsman brand mechanic's gloves, with an old pair of fingerless leather ones over them for improved grip and durability.
4. Fingerless gloves, made of some thick cotton-like material. probably my most-used gloves, because you don't lose any dexterity or coordination.
5. THICK black winter gloves i used back in NY for sub-zero temperatures.
6. Thin leather gloves i use every now and then, a little on the shiny side though.
Black Opping Clothes -

1. My long sleeve under armor. warm in the winter, sam fishery in the summer.
2. A mostly-black hoody, with a black t-shirt over it to make it completely black. used for cold weather stuff. I'm in the market for a new one, as this one's had it's ass kicked quite a few times.
3. BDU pants, made of rip-stop material. they have a small tear in the crotch from where i almost lost my manhood on a barbed wire fence (just missed it and got my leg instead). I should probably sew it up before the next op, almost forgot about it.
4. Short sleeve under armor shirt. I usually use it in the summer for when it's raining, or just plain too hot/humid for long sleeve.
5. My trusty balaclava, which can be rolled up into a beanie-like hat.
6. A cloth i use to cover my nose/mouth on occasions when i don't want to wear the balaclava, or worn over the balaclava to improve breathing through the nose.
7. A pair of black cargo shorts, i've been wanting to try them out with a pair of baseball socks when it's hot out, hopefully next summer.
8. Black long-johns/thermal leggings. worn under BDUs when it's cold, or possibly with the cargo shorts.
Camo Opping Gear -

http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e365/therinthehand/Night%20Ops/gear/gear5.jpg
1. A woodland camo bandanna, as an alternative to the balaclava.
2. Woodland camo vest, usually worn over the black hoody if it's extremely cold out and i don't want to be wearing all black.
3. Yellow/brown t-shirt, worn under the BDU jacket in summer, or over it if i'm working in a grassy/scrubland type area.
4. Woodland BDU jacket, i'm hoping to get some marpat or cadpat BDU's sooner or later.
5. Woodland BDU pants.
Bags/Carrying Equipment -

http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e365/therinthehand/Night%20Ops/gear/gear3.jpg
1. A black hiking backpack, all it takes is a little black duct tape and it's all set to bring. Seldom used.
2. Camo hunting backpack, never used on ops. I don't really take backpacks, because if i'm carrying large amounts of stuff, i'll just get a bag from the same place i got the stuff from.
3. A small black bag that folds up very compact, i carry it in a BDU pocket just in case i need to carry large amounts of small objects.
4. A bike bag that can be attached to my belt, occasionally used for when i need to bring more opping gear than usual.
5. Oilve Drab WWII ammo bag, used if i don't want to bring the black one (opping in heavy woodland scenarios).
And seeing as i forgot my gear belt, i'll update later with that, too.
